Why are we not recognised as "nice people" by the SES? Because in their eyes we are not i.e.because we left , and thus very swiftly became polar opposites. Maybe they have conversations that say " He/she was very "nice" but now they have left we are not sure. Not "cert...

Hi Woodgreen, Sorry to hear that you're struggling with it mentally too. I agree that the SES seems determined to break people's minds, I can see that my parents are still very much under its influence to the point that they literally have no friends outside of the SES who could perhaps give them so...

I find the quote "the destructive nature of idleness" amusing, as I'm sure that when as a child (starting from 7 years) I was made to sit through adult SES classes, rarely with any idea what was going on, was when I learnt how best to keep myself look as though I was listening attentively ...
