Yes, that would be a logical step to take. I bet you that the inquiry will be inconclusive, and when the "accusers" complain, they will defend themselves by saying they launched an inquiry. I think it should be the government launching the inquiry, as opposed to the governers launching the inqiury.

Yes, but the inquiry will indirectly affect the children who currently attend the school. You read about the parent saying they will withdraw thier child?
This is about the cruelty back in the 70's and 80's, but it will affect the kids today, because it has been kept from them.

The SES don't value honour. They value honourable attributes i.e. valour, yet they don't seem to be interested in honour or defending honour (not nessacry one's own.)

Nonanon, David Lacey is not a sadistic maniac, not now anyway. I'm not sure how to quote, but Katharine said "most of them do". It only takes one to ruin peoples lives, and most isn't very reassuring. As i said they do have a habit of contradicting themsevles (that was me). You must ask yourselves, b...

Even if St. James has changed, it can only change so far. A school run by a cult can't be a normal school, ever. It may get better, but I think it is just going with the wind, if they were allowed to use corpral punishment, they would. St. James was a what seems harmful school and a very obscure one...
