Certainly a background in PR for a "trickle down" theorist leader, and then work in the military industrial complex is qualification enough, right?
Right?
Hey, where'd everyone go?!!

Young Mr. Fox married a woman named Anne - a very sweet, soft-spoken lady with long blond hair. I was about 13-14 at the time their first one or two children were very young. The elder Foxes used to live in the top floor of the SoPP building I grew up in. Young Fox and his wife came from AU to visit.

I have not heard any allegations of abuse either, and I know many people connected with the school as well as in the NYC SoPP. Mr. Fox actually comes from Australia to teach in the Philosophy Day school. He is originally American but moved there and married an Australian woman. They had several chil...

Those who live outside the UK - how is your school connected
I recently spoke to someone who was told my a Senior member of the NYC school that that school is a totally separate entity from the London school. I told her that it was "bullshit", to quote myself, but didn't go into so much detail. I think it's very telling that she was told this. Because as far ...

The Female experience in the school (child or adult)
There have been many postings over the years about how the school treats women, what it teaches about them, etc. And there has been quite a bit of discussion lately over what it means that the man holds the reason and the women the emotions. However, I'm prompted by CeliaR's posting to start this th...

Domestic abuse - observed or experienced (now with poll!)
EDITED TO ADD: I've not put a poll so that people can vote anonymously if they feel uncomfortable writing about it. So...how much domestic abuse was going on behind the scenes in the SES? There was none in my family but I stayed with a family frequently when my parents were at residential in Wallkil...

Celia - I think that the female experience in the SES is very important to discuss. Many of the members here are male, and rightly so, as they experienced the most physical abuse as well as mental, and were mostly the subjects of the inquiry. However, I think the female experience in the SES is some...

Thank you Free! I have no personal investment in such a process but it has definitely been my experience that the only way you will come away from such an SES meeting is to have questions prepared beforehand, and your responses to their "spin" thought out ahead of time so you know how to respond whe...

Hi Ems, Welcome to the site! I'm sure that you want to use your limited free time as usefully as possible, but I think that posting here has been so helpful to me that I would recommend it. I hadn't heard of the man you speak of (I assume that he manages football?) but even without the free speech i...
