SES in Ireland and money

Postby Jellybaby » Sat May 28, 2005 8:38 pm

Does anyone know why such an amount of fund-raising goes on?
What on earth is all the money needed for when the children's
schools are very small and the adult school can't be expensive
when tutors earn nothing and members of the public are paying
for the rental of hotel rooms for philosophy lectures?

I can tell you the Dutch branch was ordered by the High Court in the Netherlands (18.9.1991) to pay about 200 thousand euro to the tax office because they had structurally tried to build up surplus income for buying buildings.
