Legal action by SES in Holland regarding real estate?

Is anyone aware of a lawsuit regarding the School in Amsterdam supported by
the London SES? Apparently this relates to the Board of the School voor
Filosofie and the ownership of the property in Amsterdam at van Eeghenlaan
21. The word is that there was a big split in the School a few years back
and the SES faction ended up with no property and they are now suing the
Board that kept the property, with the London SES paying for the suit.

Does anyone have any information on this?

Piet described the split and name changes that happened in Holland a couple of years ago.

This possible suit is news to me however.

Hi Mile c.s.,

All I know is that the Kruik-groep (the one with SES links) lost the initial lawsuit and had to vacate Eeghenlaan and the other buildings. Eeghenlaan is now rented out by the Viottastraat-groep (carrying the old SvF name) to the Roos New Age centre, whilst they use the Viottastraat-building for themselves.

By no means it was expected that the initial lawsuit was the last word. Maybe this is the higher appeal, maybe it is a follow-up. And as most of the Kruik-capital was in the buildings which they lost, I guess London will help financially where needed; probably Kruik-group also has a few lawyers as members who can assist Pro Deo (sorry, pro Atmano?).
