I have no idea whether this was a deliberate attempt to manipulate but cults often use "love-bombing" to soften its members up.

Hi Millie, thanks for your reply, sorry I am late in acknowledging it. Had some time out...! I hope I will be able to post some bits and pieces soon, that are supportive of the majority of views on the Forum. Seems like this is still the main place for exposing the truth about this organisation. Had some good feedback on the many SES Charities and the Charity Commission's duty to have regard to the HRA and Equalities legislation. They do have a duty, and I was advised to find a specialist Charity/public interest lawyer to pursue the issue. Not easy, but maybe. Got the advice from Liberty, the Human Rights organisation, formerly National Council for Civil Liberties. Just google Liberty - they represented an ex-Scientologist who was demonstrating against Scientology and won his right to do so. They understand the finer points of the law across all this I think.

PS - also something on the Rv. Rob., which I cannot post, suffice to say he was not open to my questions about his involvement with the SES. Thought I was some kind of rude inquisition.!
