For obvious reasons the name rang a million alarm bells but I can't find anything obvious. It might just be a coincidence but... over to other more skilled diggers

Doesn't look like it's linked to me. It's a community school that's been set up with the support of several local and national bodies, none of which have even a whiff of SES about them.

Totally unconnected in my humble opinion.
Pupil at St James Girl's School from 1979-1989, from age 4-14. Parents ex-members of SES.
