This is a point which most people on the forum cannot fathem. They cannot see the issue from an unbaised point of view. Either they are now attending classes held by this tutor or he is the only person to hang onto a source of truth.

I have made my point earlier in regards to the power and money issue. The power issue has been vaguely answered but the money issue was ignored.

Yes, I can see how Mrs Mavro can be subtle in her teachings etc. However, have you considered as to the subtelity of the reasons people have left? some are sheep just following the heard, some are just bored looking for another guru or organisation, some cannot understand and never understood so they vent there anger at Mrs Mavro. Some have subtle addictions which they cover up with superficial spiritual knowledge but do not practice is. e.g to overcome lust. etc.

The mantra issue has been blindly believed by most. Many many times I have asked them to provide proof, however they seem to find more enjoyment in browsing the forum rather then do the following:

1) turn on an iphone
2) go to the voice recorder application.
3) play the HH recording in which he states the mantrum is not authentic etc.
4) upload the recording onto Youtube etc.
5) share it with people.
6) put a writeen translation on this forum.

THATS IT.
What is the delay? You need not be a IT specialist to do the above. Children in primary school can do this.
It is clear how much you care for the wellbeing of students considering the delay.

Leonie, do you have a sense of humour?????, I use 'enlightened" tongue in cheek for godsake!
Ella MC I actually feel sorry for you, I can appreciate how you would have suffered and you obviously are still very hurt and angry about Mrs M's treatment of you after 20 years of service.....Maybe its time to let go of all these negative feelings and move on
In fact the general narrative of most of these posts is full of anger ,resentment, speculation, pontification and fingerpointing...My question is Dont you people have a life apart from sitting in front of your computers writing endless disparaging posts about the SFSK, or maybe all this venting is therapeutic??

Strange, I didn't get that vibe from your posts.

Yes I do have a sense of humour, but I don't find your posts at all funny. In fact you make little effort yet you attempt to dismiss the work of others who have contributed a great deal of information about an organisation run by people who have been shown to operate a fraudulent regime that caused a great deal of harm to many people over the years. Furthermore some of the 'material' that M Mavro obtained whilst he was still a part of the SES/SOP has effected people all over the world I should think, and certainly in the UK for decades.

That is absolutely untrue.

Peoples lives have been ruined by the Mavros and this group – that is clear – there is lots of evidence on this forum about that – you will have to do the work and find it and then comment. There is for example a long newspaper article about them that was posted by Tootsie some time ago.

As for the present time, it is now becoming clear that the Mavros may have even faked certain material and the mantra and I for one will be very interested to see what the Holy man has to say about this when the tapes/transcript becomes available. It does not surprise me that this is taking some time. It will be interesting to see how your own sense of humour holds up then.

The fact that people are willing to take time to address this issue that you so glibly dismiss is greatly appreciated by some of us and if it were not for people willing to uncover the truth in organisations like this more people could potentially be duped and harmed in the future. It is very important work in my opinion.

Those that are bringing these issues to light may be heartened by the words of Mahatma Gandhi:

‘First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, then you win.’

Same from me Leonie.

Dear nick - I am lusting after an iphone as I haven't got one. What spiritual practise should I follow to remove such lust.?

Dear (un)enlightened - I took early retirement and have spare time on my hands these days, so I use it to do a bit of work on this Forum. I have a life thanks. I think it is fantastic that people around the globe can come together here and help to expose schools like the SFSK and its leaders. Otherwise they would carry on regardless of the welfare of others. It is all part of "moving on". Perhaps you should try it yourself, and move on from Mrs. Mavro's clutches.

best wishes

Thank you Leonie,

You have said it perfectly!

(un) enlightened,
You came here with a closed mind, you came only to criticise,
and to echo Mrs Mavros words.
You have no idea of how things are, and you did not come here to find out.

You did not even have the common courtesy of responding to the other posters here,
that wrote with honesty and integrity to you, with their time, to help you understand.

They tried to give you a brief background to some of the many issues involved,
as your life is obviously too busy to take the time to care.
But care you should, if you truly cared for your spiritual welfare....

Here is a story for you, I am sure you know of it already ..

A CUP OF TEA

NAN-IN, a Japanese master during the Meiji era (1868-1912),
received a university professor who came to inquire about Zen.
Nan-in served tea. He poured his visitor's cup full, and then kept on pouring.
The professor watched the overflow until he no longer could restrain himself.
"It is overfull. No more will go in!"
"Like this cup," Nan-in said,

"You are full of your own opinions and speculations. How can I show you
Zen unless you first empty your cup?"

One of the many useful practical tools included in Part 1 of the SFSK “curriculum” is “observing unnecessary talk”. That material states: “you may find yourself talking to someone who is obviously not listening, nor interested in what you are saying. In such cases, is there any point in your continuing to talk? Is further speech not useless and unnecessary?”

It is now one year since I left SFSK and I have said all I can say. The recent “discussion” on the SFSK threads is simply the same words being directed at a couple of contributors who have no interest in listening, despite listening being emphasised in SFSK as a crucial spiritual exercise. I think the baton has to be handed over to people who have recently left the School. Only those people are in a position to debate the veracity of assertions such as SFSK recently changing for the better.

Well all I can say is that I love the School , I have complete faith in Mrs Mavro, I love attending the classes and the material makes perfect sense to me, I love going to the Residentials, and I love service.
I think the problem here is all you sanctamonious whingers on this forum were not truly chosen to stay on the path and now you are all truly lost and resentful...................

Aha now I see ..
So that is why you are called 'enlightened' ..
You are one of the chosen ones, special !!
( different but not better, than men on the street, as Michael Mavro would say).
Those that dare question, and cannot follow another special chosen mere human, Mrs Mavro ..
are truly lost ...

Have you ever considered that we may actually follow HH directly.. and follow what he teaches,
and directs us to follow ..which is scripture, not plagarised material.
And use a mantra actually given from him.

Your post would be absolutely hilarious, if it were not so sad ..

I wish you every happiness and please do not feel sorry for me,
I could never possibly be resentful for waking up from the 'sleep of school'.
I am eternally grateful for the triggers that set this in motion.

Yes I agree ..I am not a chosen one, on the special SFSK path ..
But I will continue to follow a True Recognised Teacher ..
HH, who has accepted me, (faults and all!) and do my best for the rest of this lifetime.

why am I here????, I am here to defend the SFSK, and to challenege some of you anally retentive people. I go to the school for , beleive it or not "SELF KNOWLEDGE", which is precisely what I have found and what Ive been looking for, and beleive me I have tried everything. The rules for living such as living in the present, creating space, detachment, being of service and right perception/right action have literally transformed my life and made me a much happier and better person, everything else, such as what goes on behind the scenes does not concern me.The question is what exactly are you people looking for?
