Who runs St James?

Postby malin » Sun Jan 15, 2006 2:17 pm

Does anyone have any details of who are the Current directors of the Independent Education Association Ltd (IEA) - the company which founded and runs the st James schools?

In the Inquiry Terms of Reference they state it has a charitable status no 1222329, and incorporated 8 August 1975.

Strangely I can find no record of this charity using either a name or number search of the charity commission website.

In 1983 (within the time that the schools admit that criminal mistreatment of children was taking place) the directors included Roger Pincham, Bernard White, Bernard Saunders and James Armstrong.

Can anyone clarify who the current directors are?
